Learn about the meteor impact, the eventual mining influence on the landscape, and the regreening efforts to restore our natural environment. Venture out on Dynamic Earth's property to take in unique sights and geological features (weather permitting).

May 26, 2025 - Homeschool Program Gr 7-9 (Ages 12-14) Mine Systems - Hundreds of different systems work together in mines to output various mineral resources. Ore collection, transportation, and seperating ore from waste rock will set the stage for students to learn about the five main features of a system and their efficiencies.

May 26, 2025 - Homeschool Program Gr 4-6 (Ages 9-11) Power Up! - From cooling off in the summer to staying warm in the winter, and everything in between, we rely heavilty on energy. Through live demonstrations and hands-on activities, students will learn about how different sources of energy such as solar, wind, natural gas, and thermal energy are harnessed and used in our day-to-day lives.
