Intermediate - Presenting the Lessons
The Saving a Great Lakes Ambassador lesson plans are in four categories: Great Ambassador, Great Water, Great History and Great Ecosystem. Each
lesson contains background information and an activity, and is supported
by a PowerPoint presentation and web-based games. In addition, there is a
culminating activity that draws on all the previous material and allows students
to employ their new knowledge. Below you will find a suggested format
for presenting this material.

- Review what students have learned about the Great Lakes and its Ambassador
- Each student will create an advertising campaign that promotes the Great Lakes as an eco-tourist attraction. The logo, slogan and brochure will provide highlights and information on ways the public can ensure the health of the Lakes and their inhabitants.
