Dinosaurs Unearthed features an amazing collection of life-sized animatronic dinosaurs, and replicas of genuine skeleton fossils. With engaging content and interactive activities, this exhibit will highlight the recent discovery of the link between dinosaurs and modern-day birds – a discovery that changed scientific theory.

IMAX 3D - Dinosaurs Alive! 3D
Put on a pair of IMAX 3D glasses and come face to face (literally!) with the earliest dinosaurs of the Triassic Period to the monsters of the Cretaceous, revived and life-sized for the giant IMAX® screen in the film Dinosaurs Alive! 3D. Follow American Museum of Natural History palaeontologists as they explore some of the greatest dinosaur finds in history! Feel like you’re a part of the action – experience it in IMAX® 3D on the giant five-storey screen! See images so remarkably realistic that they seem to jump off the screen, right into your lap!
Tour Outer Space With a Visit to the Digital Planetarium!

Featuring state-of the-art technology, Science North’s digital dome Planetarium is the first planetarium of this kind in Northern Ontario! Tour outer space like never before and see the night sky as visible from Earth with the film Passport to the Universe. You’ll also witness beautiful celestial images, captured by the Hubble Space Telescope, which can only be seen from points far distant in space and time.
