A sleepover like no other! Bunk down next to Lucy, one of the earliest hominids ever discovered.

Spend this special night at Dynamic Earth and experience the newest exhibition unEARTHed like never before. This exhibition features a treasury of fossil casts from some of the most exciting finds from over a century of worldwide excavations. A geological timeline from the earliest forms of life through to the age of dinosaurs, mammals and prehistoric humans

This is a special sleepover for families, participants must be accompanied by an adult (16 yrs of
age +).

Visitors will bunk down for the night in the Paleo Hall. To make your stay comfortable we suggest you pack:

  • Sleeping bag
  • Pillow
  • Sleeping mat or mattress
  • Toiletries
  • Comfortable sleeping clothes
  • Flashlight

Fossilization & Adaptation

Get fossilized! Learn all about how organisms turn into fossils and how to investigate fossilized remains through fun interactive games. During the investigations you’ll also learn about adaptation by delving into interesting creatures from the present and past.
